Assistant Community Manager at Asset Living

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager.
- Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable, post payments and charges, and prepare end‑of‑month closing procedures.
- Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
- Lead resident satisfaction programs, including complaint resolution, retention initiatives, and marketing strategies.
- Maintain property appearance, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure timely repairs and service requests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or two years of housing industry experience.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of onsite software functions.
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.
- Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Frequently required to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another.
- Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and operate machinery or power tools.
Salary Range: $27.00 per hour to $29.00 per hour
