SIU Consultant Group is a full-service investigation firm committed to providing superior investigative services to employers insurance carriers public entities third‑party administrators and legal counsel. With a reputation for integrity, discretion and precision we deliver factual evidence that supports risk mitigation, claims resolution and litigation defense.
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and creative Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. This position involves supporting the marketing team by posting content, engaging with followers, and keeping our social media pages active and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule posts on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor comments, messages and mentions; respond or forward them when needed
Help brainstorm and plan new content ideas
Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, followers, etc.)
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest improvements
Assist in creating simple graphics or captions using tools like Canva
Requirements
Basic understanding of popular social media platforms
Good written communication skills
Creative and detail‑oriented
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
(Optional but a plus) Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer or Hootsuite
