Seven Letter
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead strategic client relationships through the execution of impactful paid media campaigns and development of compelling creative materials. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital buying and publishing platforms, who can seamlessly bridge client objectives with creative excellence while navigating the unique demands of policy, advocacy, and public sector communications.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day relationships, responding promptly, tracking answers, and assigning tasks.
Sit in on client meetings to understand the full relationship with Seven Letter.
Work in conjunction with the paid media team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies that advance client objectives.
Help translate client design needs into compelling creative briefs and campaign frameworks for the design team.
Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for growth and expanded partnership.
Lead cross‑functional teams including creative, strategy, communications, and research/polling within Labs, Seven Letter and our holding company, PPHC.
Creative Development & Execution
Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with the right audiences.
Oversee campaign production, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
Monitor creative development from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements, providing constructive feedback as needed.
Business Development & Growth
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
Stay current on industry trends, the political landscape, and emerging issues affecting client work.
Qualifications
5–8 years of account management experience at an advertising or communications agency.
Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and multi‑channel campaigns.
Authoritative understanding of digital buying, publishing platforms, advertising strategy development and creative processes.
Demonstrated expertise in government affairs, public affairs, advocacy, or public sector campaigns a plus.
Deep knowledge of the government affairs/public affairs landscape, including stakeholder dynamics and decision‑making processes.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with campaign measurement and analytics.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
Political acumen and understanding of policy development or advocacy communications a plus.
