Welcome to the Global Industry Marketing Strategist role at Cisco. This position is focused on driving industry‑specific marketing strategy within the Manufacturing and Technology segments to support Cisco’s growth and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Manufacturing and Technology segments, managing integrated cross‑functional plans to build brand awareness and support sales growth. Partner with sales, industry stakeholders, and product marketing to create a unified go‑to‑market narrative, including presentations, case studies, and enablement content. Conduct market research to capture trends, technologies, regulatory changes and industry dynamics, informing Cisco’s point‑of‑view. Identify key industry influencers and buyers to position Cisco’s value proposition and build thought‑leadership content. Create and manage marketing content programs across channels—digital, social, video, podcasts, webinars, blogs, and trade shows. Collaborate with the industry analyst community, product marketing and solutions marketing to translate technical capabilities into industry benefits. Develop industry‑specific sales enablement collateral such as briefs, personas, FAQs, and industry sheets. Plan and execute events or venues that attract target buyers and influencers. Produce thought‑leadership content, webinars, and webcasts to evangelize Cisco’s message. Lead multiple, complex projects in a fast‑paced environment. Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with a strong focus on Manufacturing industry marketing. Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and achieve measurable marketing metrics. Preferred Qualifications

Entrepreneurial, collaborative team player comfortable working across business lines and presenting to executive leadership. Hands‑on experience building marketing assets such as demo videos, slide decks, and campaign content. Experience in Product Marketing and Campaign Marketing. Excellent communication, storytelling, and narrative development skills. Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $145,000.00 to $182,800.00, exclusive of incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑ and long‑term disability; and basic life insurance, among others.
