Job Summary The
Sr. Specialist Marketing
plays a key role in driving
multi‑channel creative initiatives
that strengthen corporate brand presence. This position leads cross‑functional teams to deliver strategically aligned creative solutions, supports Division‑level strategies, and manages the organization’s most complex Tier 1 projects. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, creative problem‑solving skills, and a passion for insights‑driven marketing. This role is part of the Client’s Creative Team within the Global Marketing and External Affairs organization.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership
Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, writers, and designers to deliver creative campaigns that
attract, engage, and activate target audiences , boosting brand awareness and share of voice.
Lead and manage simultaneous projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and creative contributors.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external collaborators.
Define and uphold roles and responsibilities across the project lifecycle.
Document detailed project plans using project management software and keep documentation updated and accurate.
Execute scope change management, project close‑out, and provide lessons learned.
Partner with the Operations team to provide forecasting and oversight on budgets, expenditures, and project metrics.
Proactively identify opportunities, issues, and risks — escalating when needed.
Influence creative ideas that reinforce core brand values.
Apply
critical thinking
to ensure creative work aligns with brand strategy.
Qualifications
Creative agency experience required; healthcare‑related agency experience preferred.
Experience in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing agency environments is beneficial.
Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
Experience using project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, geographically diverse organization.
Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate across multiple organizational levels.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
7+ years of related experience required.
