Senior Product Designer, Custom Objects
Location: West Coast Remote (Candidate must reside in PST time zone)

The Custom Objects team builds scalable, intuitive products that empower customers to manage complex workflows like product returns, asset allocation, and subscription management across multiple channels—email, chat, social media, and phone.
Responsibilities
Define and refine user journeys for employees, managers, and service teams; create scalable UI patterns for service discovery, request submission, and fulfillment tracking.
Design and prototype interactions between self‑service, knowledge bases, AI‑driven recommendations, and workflows.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Designers to bring concepts to life.
Collaborate with Service Operations teams (HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to ensure the catalogue aligns with real‑world processes.
Qualifications
5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of growth‑focused work.
Deep experience in product‑led growth on B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms; familiarity with ITAM, CRM, HRIS, or other employee‑experience technologies.
Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and usability testing methods.
Ability to navigate complexity and create scalable, user‑friendly solutions.
Compensation: The US annualized base salary range for this position is $150,000.00–$226,000.00. Additional bonus, benefits, and incentives may apply based on role and performance.
Work Style & Benefits Hybrid; employees can work remotely for part of the week and come into one of our Zendesk offices worldwide to collaborate in person.
