Conduit Digital is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media, an experienced high‑level leader to lead our Paid Media team. Located in Toms River, NJ, Conduit Digital provides advanced digital marketing products and solutions to USA‑based advertising agencies for resale. The candidate must have successful agency‑level experience in paid digital marketing.
This position is HYBRID – minimum 3 days in office and 2 days WFH; candidates should live within driving distance of our office in Toms River, New Jersey.

Essential Skills & Experience PPC Platforms:
Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with experience on growing platforms such as Amazon.
Keyword Research & Targeting:
Ability to conduct deep keyword research, identify high‑value terms, and develop targeted campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Set up, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms, including compelling ad copy, budget management, and ad extensions.
Analytics & Reporting:
Strong understanding of PPC performance metrics and ROAS; adept at using analytics tools to generate insightful reports and improve performance.
Social Advertising:
Experience on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn preferred.
Analytical Abilities Data Analysis:
Analyze PPC data to identify trends and make data‑driven decisions.
A/B Testing:
Execute A/B tests on ad variations, landing pages, and keywords.
Problem‑Solving:
Troubleshoot campaign issues and develop innovative solutions.
Agency Tools:
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads at agency level.
What We’re Looking For You To Bring
3+ years of hands‑on paid search experience (agency).
Google Analytics & AdWords Certifications.
A hardworking, process‑oriented leader with excellent communication skills.
Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple agencies and clients efficiently.
