Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits focusing on site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and security
  • Define SEO goals and troubleshoot issues specific to financial services within regulatory contexts
  • Implement advanced schema markup relevant to financial products and services to enhance search engine understanding
  • Collaborate with IT and web development teams to align technical SEO solutions with industry standards
  • Maintain current knowledge of generative AI capabilities and best practices in the financial sector

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of technical experience in financial services or regulated industries
  • 3+ years of technical SEO experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in SEO and AI-driven search challenges
  • Demonstrated AI literacy and understanding of agentic AI systems’ impact on search
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services, including data security and compliance
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Expertise in log file analysis and site migration execution with minimal search performance impact
