What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits focusing on site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and security
Define clear SEO goals and troubleshoot generative engine issues within financial contexts
Implement advanced schema markup and structured data relevant to financial products and regulatory disclosures
Collaborate with IT, compliance, and web development teams to enhance site performance and indexing
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of generative AI capabilities as they relate to search within the financial sector
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of technical experience in financial services or regulated industries
Minimum of 3 years of technical SEO experience
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated AI literacy and understanding of agentic AI systems’ impact on search
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Expertise in log file analysis and crawl budget optimization
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment of financial services, including data security and compliance considerations
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills
