What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits focusing on site architecture, crawlability, indexing, site speed, security, and structured data
• Define SEO goals and troubleshoot SEO and generative engine issues within financial contexts
• Implement advanced schema markup and structured data relevant to financial products and services
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and web development teams to enhance technical SEO solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of generative AI capabilities and lead site migrations with attention to compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of technical experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Minimum of 3 years of technical SEO experience
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills tailored to financial services
• Demonstrated AI literacy and understanding of AI's impact on search
• Proficiency in SEO tools and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms

• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services
• Experience in log file analysis and crawl budget optimization
