What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits focusing on site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and security
• Define clear SEO goals and troubleshoot generative engine issues within financial contexts
• Implement advanced schema markup and structured data relevant to financial products and regulatory disclosures
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and web development teams to enhance site performance and indexing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of generative AI capabilities as they relate to search within the financial sector

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of technical experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Minimum of 3 years of technical SEO experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated AI literacy and understanding of agentic AI systems’ impact on search
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
