Job Responsibilities
Drive lead generation from prospective practices by leveraging relationships with external and internal partners
Develop and manage comprehensive partnership plans for assigned partners
Oversee the execution of marketing tactics aligned with partnership strategies, including tradeshows and campaigns
Maintain and track partnership‑related activities, including CRM data and contracts
Conduct research and analyze partnership performance to make informed recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Business, or a related degree
5+ years of combined experience in partner‑based marketing, strategic partnership management, or related fields
Experience cultivating partnerships with not‑for‑profit medical associations
Flexibility to travel 2-4 days per month for retreats or conferences as neededAdvanced communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of marketing tools, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation (HubSpot)
Experience in EHR partner‑based marketing roles
Familiarity with primary care physicians and their member‑based organizations/associations
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in tradeshow and conference management
