Lead analysis and reporting of engagement data across campaigns and channels
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and strategy teams to enhance member experiences
Develop insights and recommendations to improve engagement outcomes
Document methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Support governance and compliance activities related to engagement data
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
4+ years of experience in engagement or lifecycle analytics, or a master’s degree in a related field
Strong analytical and communication skills
4+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and reporting tools
3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation
Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments
Experience with campaign performance measurement
