We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Communication and Design Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of communication strategies, branding, and visual content for shareQ’s programs, particularly within the ProAbled Academy. The consultant will be responsible for creative materials, managing social media presence, and ensuring that messaging is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with the mission of empowering individuals with disabilities and financial challenges. This role requires both office-based work and field engagement in events, and workshops.
Summary ShareQ, through its ProAbled Academy, is seeking a talented Communication and Design Consultant to lead, coordinate, and execute communication strategies and visual content creation. The consultant will work closely with internal teams to craft compelling messages and visuals, enhance brand visibility, and ensure consistent communication across digital and print platforms. The role plays a critical part in promoting inclusion, raising awareness, and supporting the visibility of ProAbled’s training and employment initiatives.
Responsibilities and main duties: Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with project goals and as per the donors standards.
Prepares training materials, booklets and audiovisual.
Supports the production of communication materials, including videos, photos, and text materials
Design engaging visuals, infographics, brochures, and digital assets
Create content for social media, newsletters, and reports
Document and share success stories, project milestones, and impact
Ensure consistent branding across all materials and platforms
Coordinate with internal teams for content needs and timelines
Support in organizing awareness campaigns, events, and outreach efforts
Monitor analytics and adapt strategies to improve communication impact
Job qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, media, graphic design, or digital marketing
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, content creation, and design work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Previous experience in NGOs or social projects is a plus
Setting and implementing communication plans as per donors standards experience is a plus
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
Familiarity with social media platforms, video editing software, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Mission-driven and social spirit
Strong interpersonal skills
Leadership skills: Taking initiative and problem-solving.
Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
