Responsibilities Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography. Create a portfolio of high‑quality photographs to showcase homes and apartments, using photography techniques to highlight spaces. Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management to evaluate priorities and initiatives. When not photographing a residential property, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real‑estate data coverage. Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties for photography. Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment. Represent CoStar professionally at all times and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as required. Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, walking for up to 8 hours a day. Lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements, type on a tablet or laptop, and operate camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying necessary for job functions. Drive outside in all seasons and work weekends on a rotating schedule. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience – real‑estate photography or related field. Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography. Drone photography experience with a valid FAA Part 107 license, obtained within 30 days of offer. Strong time‑management skills, highly detail‑oriented, and capable of accurate data capture. Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Proficient with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred. Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Compensation The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus‑eligible. Bonuses are paid monthly and based on performance metrics.
