A well-established civil engineering firm in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a
CAD Technician
with experience in
residential and commercial land development . This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to grow their technical career. Key Responsibilities: Prepare construction documents, grading plans, utility layouts, and site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D Support civil engineers and project managers throughout the design process Apply redlines and produce profiles, cross-sections, and other plan components Ensure drawing standards are met and maintained Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and goals Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting for civil land development projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required Experience with grading, drainage, and utility layouts strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Associate degree or technical certification in drafting/design preferred What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Supportive work environment and experienced engineering team Exposure to a wide variety of land development projects in Arizona Seniority level
