Role Overview As a
Sr. Customer Marketing Manager (Security)
at Honeywell, you will shape and execute marketing strategies to support the Security vertical. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and work from one of our BA Strategic Locations on a hybrid schedule. Your work will impact the overall marketing strategy and execution for the Security vertical, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Security vertical's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic marketing initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to drive marketing decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation software.
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the security industry or related technology sectors.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Salary & Location The annual base salary range for this position in
Connecticut
and
Minnesota
is $142,000 – $178,000. Salary is determined based on scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and market conditions.
