How you can help make a better world of work Key Responsibilities

Drive and manage the operational cadence of complex, high‑visibility marketing programs, especially GTM launches, from planning through post‑launch review.

Identify and address friction points in the GTM process, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and cycle time.

Serve as the central point of contact for Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Create, maintain, and present program‑level dashboards and status reports to senior stakeholders.

Drive adoption and optimization of program‑management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Asana, Jira) to track resources and standardize workflows.

Maintain up‑to‑date program documentation, playbooks, and training materials that allow other teams to adopt the launch process.

Qualifications

3–5 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, or GTM operations, preferably in a fast‑paced tech company.

Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of product or feature GTM launches.

Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve cross‑functional operational processes and drive adoption of new workflows.

High proficiency with program‑management tools such as Google Sheets, Asana, Jira, or similar.

Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills; adept at managing dependencies and driving accountability without direct authority.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

An expert in leveraging existing tooling to track and report program health, driving best practices and data quality.

Salary and Benefits Base Salary Range (US): $116,000 – $130,000 USD.
