Director of Customer Marketing at Honeywell

The Director of Customer Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. Lead a team in developing and executing customer‑centric marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams such as sales and product management to understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities, set strategic direction for customer marketing, and foster a culture of excellence. Drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, leading to revenue growth and a stronger industry position.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
