Architectural Designer
for a short time assignment (about 6 weeks) to support design and documentation for educational and NYC agency projects. This is a full-time role based in
Midtown Manhattan , ideal for candidates with strong technical skills and experience producing construction documents.
Key Responsibilities
Produce drawings across all project phases under the direction of lead architects
Coordinate with clients and consultants to maintain design intent
Support construction document production and project coordination
Assist with surveying and drafting existing conditions
Must-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
4–8 years of professional experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Strong experience in construction document production and coordination
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Work Environment
Office located in Midtown Manhattan
Small team of ~12 professionals
Mix of in-office and on-site work (expected 5 days/week)
Immediate need for short-term support on a SUNY Downstate surveying and drafting project

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
