Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Researcher in Brooklyn, NY.Summary:We're looking for a UX Researcher to support our iOS initiative, focusing on enhancing the buyer experience on iOS devices. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to plan and execute qualitative research that informs product development. This is a great opportunity to explore multi-platform experiences and collaborate with machine learning teams.What You'll Do:
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

- Independently identify research opportunities and design studies that answer key product questions
- Scope, plan, and execute qualitative research, delivering insights that influence product strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering to ensure research drives decisions
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, humility, and collaboration within the team
- 3-5 years of experience conducting UX research on product teams
- Experience creating research roadmaps and aligning with product priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and socialize qualitative research
- Experience working on multi-platform initiatives (iOS and Android)
- Familiarity with tools like Dscout and UserTesting.com
- Exposure to machine learning projects or interest in exploring ML applications
