UX Researcher

Base Pay Range
$58.00/hr - $68.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Independently identify research opportunities and design studies that answer key product questions
• Scope, plan, and execute qualitative research, delivering insights that influence product strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering to ensure research drives decisions
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, humility, and collaboration within the team

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience conducting UX research on product teams
• Experience creating research roadmaps and aligning with product priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and socialize qualitative research

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working on multi-platform initiatives (iOS and Android)
• Familiarity with tools like Dscout and UserTesting.com
• Exposure to machine learning projects or interest in exploring ML applications
