UX Researcher
Base Pay Range
$58.00/hr - $68.00/hr
Responsibilities
Independently identify research opportunities and design studies that answer key product questions
Scope, plan, and execute qualitative research, delivering insights that influence product strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering to ensure research drives decisions
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, humility, and collaboration within the team
Requirements
3-5 years of experience conducting UX research on product teams
Experience creating research roadmaps and aligning with product priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to plan, execute, and socialize qualitative research
Nice-to-Have
Experience working on multi-platform initiatives (iOS and Android)
Familiarity with tools like Dscout and UserTesting.com
Exposure to machine learning projects or interest in exploring ML applications
