Responsibilities

• Independently identify research opportunities and design studies that answer key product questions.
• Scope, plan, and execute qualitative research, delivering insights that influence product strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering to ensure research drives decisions.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, humility, and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience conducting UX research on product teams.
• Experience creating research roadmaps and aligning with product priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and socialize qualitative research.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working on multi-platform initiatives (iOS and Android).
• Familiarity with tools like Dscout and UserTesting.com.
• Exposure to machine learning projects or interest in exploring ML applications.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employees may ultimately be paid more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
