Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to diagnose organizational challenges and design optimal structures that enhance efficiency, agility, and strategic alignment.

Advise on work design choices and approaches to improve productivity, employee experience, and job satisfaction. \ Organizational Diagnostics & Analysis:

Undertake comprehensive organizational diagnostics using data‑driven methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, data analysis) to identify root causes of performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Program Design & Implementation:

Design and implement a portfolio of organizational development (OD) interventions, including team effectiveness workshops, leadership development programs, and strategic change initiatives.

Create and lead complex, large‑scale culture change programmes to embed desired values and behaviours across the organization.

Design and deliver targeted behavioural interventions to shift mindsets and build critical capabilities.

Culture & Values:

Lead the process of designing, refining, and embedding organizational values in partnership with executive leadership.

Act as a culture champion, ensuring that people processes and leadership practices are aligned with the company's core values.

Change Management:

Act as a lead change agent, providing expert guidance and support to leaders and teams navigating significant organizational transitions, restructuring, and transformations.

Stakeholder Management & Partnership:

Build trusted, strategic relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and co‑create effective OD solutions.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an OD Specialist, OD Business Partner, or in a similar strategic HR/OD role.

Demonstrable expertise in organizational design, development methodologies, and change management principles.

Experience in facilitating culture change and designing organizational values.

Strong project and program management skills, with a track record of delivering complex OD initiatives from diagnosis to implementation.

Ability to see the big picture and translate business strategy into actionable OD plans.

Proficiency in using data and diagnostics to uncover insights and measure the impact of interventions.

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to influence senior stakeholders.

A true business partner who builds strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
