The opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic professional to support the transition to our Clients and Industries (formerly Markets) operating model across both industry and function. This role will play a key part in the strategy design and execution of the Global Sector, collaborating closely with Regions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and enhanced service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities
Connect and collaborate: Act as the glue driving connectivity and collaboration across the Sector, Super Region (SR), and Service Line (SL) teams, and ensure alignment with global and SR enablement teams.
Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Work closely with GCSPs to develop solutions and campaigns that drive growth and convert opportunities into wins.
Facilitate and drive execution: Partner with the Global Sector Leader, SR leaders, and SL reps to shape the Sector vision, manage the Sector Board, and oversee the strategic planning cycle.
Go-to-Market & ‘Big Bet’ Activation: Support GtM and operations teams to execute the GtM strategy, including alliance initiatives and capital allocation.
Brand & Market Reputation: Collaborate with BMC and Insights to build the correct market reputation for the Sector, including analyst relations and external partnerships.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Navigate high levels of stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, and conflict.
Identify innovative alternatives and surface core pain points.
Create and lead a project plan, directing action with tact and diplomacy.
Drive a program from start to finish.
Shift between strategic discussions and operational detail.
Build trusted relationships across matrix dimensions.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
10+ years of experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm.
Flexibility to work extended hours across time zones.
What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package: base salary range in the U.S. $135,300–$260,400 with regional variations; additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
Hybrid model: most client-serving roles work together in person 40–60% of the time.
