Location: Hoboken, NJ

Base pay range $108,000.00/yr - $216,000.00/yr

Position Summary Walmart Connect is revolutionizing the advertising landscape, creating a bridge between supplier brands and retail shoppers on an unprecedented scale. Backed by first‑party customer data and closed‑loop measurement, we are at the forefront of the retail media boom. This opportunity will manage a book of business within one of WMC’s largest partners. What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients' business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
• Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross‑functional teams to drive client success.
• Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through presentations of Walmart advertising products and solutions that help clients meet their marketing objectives.
• Conduct forward‑thinking, data‑driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, presenting high‑impact opportunities to customers.
• Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and ensuring smooth operations.
• Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams, and agencies.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional industry experience.
• Quota‑carrying digital sales experience.
• Expertise in Walmart Connect products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to propose creative technologies across a diverse decision‑making landscape and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
• Strong track record of high‑level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
• Experience in a fast‑paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
• Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO‑level meetings.
• Passion for driving business results for companies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
• Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
• Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
• 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
• 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
• 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C‑suite clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
