Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Community Manager to join our team in Griffin, GA. As a Community Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring optimal property management and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising property staff, managing leasing efforts, addressing resident concerns, maintaining property appearance, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and optimizing financial performance. The role requires proactive leadership and strong organizational skills, emphasizing creating a welcoming and well‑maintained living environment.
Qualifications
Property management experience, including leasing, operations, and resident relations
Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and organizational capabilities
Proficiency with relevant property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, problem‑solving abilities, and customer service skills
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance standards is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred
