Base pay range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring an Incentive and Promotion Coordinator for their premier client located in the Kennesaw, GA area!
The Incentive and Promotion Coordinator works with the Retail Finance Program Manager to implement programs to achieve retail targets. This position will assist in the development and implementation of dealer/consumer-facing program materials. He/she will assist dealers with questions as it relates to retail finance programs. This includes phone/email communication of program details. This position will assist in communication to the Field and Dealers related to the above responsibilities.
Desired Background/Skills Minimum qualifications to perform job adequately (Minimum and preferred experience, education, and/or certifications required to perform the role)
HS diploma / GED required. BA / BS degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related course of study is preferred
Minimum 1-year Powersports Industry or Retail Finance experience preferred
Must have good copywriting, communication, and presentation skills
Good proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must be detail-oriented
Must be comfortable with adapting to frequent changes and working within deadlines
Confidence in speaking in front of groups
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong skill set in collaborating with others to achieve results
Job Responsibilities Update, track, and verify all rate sheet adjustments for active programs
Communication of retail programs to dealers, field sales, internal teams. (Phone, email, verbal)
Input promotion data into the applicable systems as needed and verify proper operation
Track and process incentive program credits and debits
Gather, track and present competitive finance program information
Assist with the marketing material approval and tracking process to be sure all customer-facing materials comply with regulations
Create monthly reports relating to program performance
Assist with the development and testing of new systems, processes, and dealer-facing materials
Travel to company meetings and visit with field staff/dealers to gain knowledge of industry/market
