Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) Join us at Abe, a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We help clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences.

Overview We are looking for a passionate marketing nerd who loves building new things with a motivated team. The role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of our social media team. The position offers unique opportunities to shape strategies and grow with a fast‑growing specialty agency.

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.

Serve as direct support to client contacts.

Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and quality.

Build client strategies each quarter.

Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.

Provide fractional support for internal marketing within Directive.

Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.

Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM.

Manage personal productivity and utilization.

Work with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals.

Understand programmatic campaigns value.

Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities.

Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising, including copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency with B2B clients.

Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads.

Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and other tools.

Ability to delegate to junior teammates.

Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, copywriting, bid management, optimization.

Data‑driven analysis skills using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or comparable tools.

Experience measuring results via OKRs or similar.

Audience segmentation experience (tier, job title, etc.).

Successful track record with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.

Ability to translate strategy into data‑backed stories.

Competitive, curious, problem‑solver mindset.

On‑the‑cut‑edge demeanor, eager to grow and share.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi‑project management skills.

Quality‑obsessed approach to advertising.

Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed.

Success Metrics

Operate core values in every interaction.

Effectively manage ~5 mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.

Meet/exceed KPIs such as client growth, goal attainment, NSMs, and satisfaction scores.

Build trust and generate consistent renewals.

Cross‑sell services aligned with client objectives.

Communicate results clearly to client execs.

Make strategic decisions for account direction.

Living wage; annual base salary $85,000‑$95,000 USD (US‑based).
