Claremont Mazda is looking for a Social Media In-Store Creator & Customer Service Rep to help bring our brand to life across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms. This role blends content creation , customer engagement , and brand representation — both online and in-store. We want someone who isn’t afraid to be on camera, think creatively, and turn everyday dealership moments into exciting posts our customers love. What You’ll Do Film, edit & publish engaging social media content featuring vehicles, promotions, customer deliveries, and dealership culture. Interact with customers online and in person to create a premium brand experience. Stay ahead of trends — ensuring our content is fresh, relevant, and results-driven. Monitor social channels, respond to messages, and provide customer support. Track performance analytics and recommend strategies for higher reach and engagement. Collaborate with Sales & Service teams to generate content opportunities daily. What You Bring Proven portfolio — creative examples required with application. Experience producing content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , and other platforms. Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, engagement growth, and brand voice. Ability to create quality video/photos with your own equipment. Confident on camera with excellent communication & customer service skills.
