Senior Manager, Currency & Audience Analytics
Join NBCUniversal's Ad Sales Insights & Measurement team as a Senior Manager, Currency & Audience Analytics. In this role you will drive campaign performance through planning and measurement across currency streams, optimize media plans across platforms, and ensure accurate currency reporting of NBCU’s premium portfolio.
Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
As part of NBCUniversal’s One Platform advertising technology stack, you will leverage advanced advertising solutions and data‑driven insights to deliver impactful results for clients. This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can collaborate across multiple internal teams and external partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as subject‑matter expert on currency measurement methodologies and systems (Nielsen, VideoAmp, Freewheel, etc.).
Conduct currency assessments at both network/platform level and campaign level; develop clear POVs on currency methodologies, including best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide alternative currency campaign reads and aggregate findings to deliver macro‑level insights and marketplace positioning.
Partner with internal teams (Planning, Pricing, Sales, Product) and external stakeholders on currency applications.
Able to analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Contribute to development of new measurement solutions and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Stay current on industry trends, evolving technologies, and marketplace standards in TV and digital advertising.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in media planning, posting, analytics, or related fields.
Strong understanding of media math and campaign management across TV and digital platforms.
Solid understanding of the advertising landscape in terms of how data is leveraged and linked within and across platforms for both targeting and measurement purposes.
Strong established familiarity with currency providers and measurement systems (Nielsen, VideoAmp, Freewheel strongly preferred).
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; experience with BI platforms a plus.
Desired Characteristics
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to take ownership of open‑ended problems and drive them to completion.
Customer service orientation (internal and external customers).
Outstanding project management and time‑management skills; comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex data clearly.
TV and/or digital campaign management experience.
Familiarity with traditional TV measurement (Nielsen) and digital media math.
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working across diverse teams; efficient, team player and strategic thinker.
Additional Requirements
This position has been designated as hybrid, requiring office presence at least three days per week (four days from January 5 2026). The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
