Job Summary This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in executing high‑profile live sports marketing campaigns for major sporting events across multiple streaming platforms. You will be instrumental in supporting the launch and execution of manual marketing campaigns that drive viewer engagement for premium sports content. Working with cutting‑edge marketing technology and automation tools, you will help bridge the gap between current manual processes and future automation goals. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple concurrent campaigns, and excels at coordinating cross‑functional activities to meet critical deadlines during peak sports seasons.
Responsibilities
Source and manage game‑specific creative assets and promotional materials for live sports campaigns
Ingest and configure marketing assets into internal marketing tools and platforms
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing across multiple devices and platforms to ensure campaign accuracy
Monitor campaign calendars and coordinate timing for multiple simultaneous sports events across different channels
Execute marketing campaigns according to established timelines and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines
Track and report on campaign performance metrics and provide insights on results
Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings to align on priorities and campaign status
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Maintain detailed documentation of processes and campaign specifications
Skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Technical aptitude for learning and utilizing various marketing technology tools
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data
Problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience
Experience with merchandising or promotional campaign execution preferred
Familiarity with streaming industry or sports marketing is advantageous
Exposure to marketing platforms such as Symphony, SONAR, Salesforce, or BRAZE is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
MBA degree is preferred
