Marketing Manager A respected multidisciplinary A/E/C firm is seeking a

Marketing Manager

to serve as a strategic partner to firm leadership—developing compelling proposals, strengthening brand presence, and driving the firm’s visibility across multiple platforms. This is an excellent role for a marketing professional who thrives in a technical, mission‑driven environment and enjoys shaping a firm’s narrative through thoughtful, creative, and well‑organized marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on marketing decisions, protocols, and strategy

Lead the preparation of qualification packages, proposals, and presentations by coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients

Complete government and client forms, including questionnaires, SF 330s, and qualifying statements

Manage and maintain all marketing resource materials—brochures, project data, images, presentation slides, and the client database

Develop new design concepts for marketing collateral and support brand‑enhancing initiatives

Monitor prospects, track leads, and oversee the full proposal lifecycle from early pursuit through final delivery

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date resumes for technical staff

Prepare reports on marketing efforts and pipeline activity

Assist with conference and seminar presentation materials

Draft press releases and assist with public relations activities

Support company website updates, content development, and digital strategy

Create and maintain social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms

Cultivate strong working relationships with leadership, technical teams, and external partners

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of marketing experience

within the

A/E/C industry , with strong knowledge of engineering and design terminology

Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Communications, or related field

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and

Adobe Creative Suite , including

InDesign

and

Photoshop

Experience with

Deltek Vision

is a plus

Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal oversight

Experience preparing

SF 330s

or similar government documentation is preferred

A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel to regional offices as needed
