Base pay range $125,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Job Overview We’re searching for a forward-thinking Marketing Executive who thrives where data, creativity, and technology meet. You know how to turn marketing investment into measurable revenue, build standout brands, and lead a high-performing, tech-enabled team. You’ll oversee all marketing operations, especially digital performance marketing, analytics, AI-driven initiatives, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital marketing across PPC, SEO, LSAs, social media, and retargeting.

Build data-driven campaigns that increase qualified leads and ROI.

Manage CRM, email, and SMS marketing (Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).

Oversee agency/vendor performance with clear KPIs.

Leverage AI tools for content, analytics, and automation.

Guide brand strategy, creative direction, and asset development.

Build dashboards and report marketing performance to leadership.

Align marketing with sales and operations to support revenue goals.

Qualifications

5–10+ years in digital marketing with proven success scaling campaigns and managing budgets.

Deep expertise with the Google Marketing Suite: Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, LSAs, and SEO tools.

Experience managing CRM-based campaigns (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and email/text platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).

Strong understanding of social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) and organic content strategies.

Demonstrated success in brand building and creative direction.

Proficiency with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics, Looker Studio).

Early adopter mindset with comfort using AI tools for automation and content creation.

Results-oriented with a track record of connecting marketing activity to revenue outcomes.

Excellent project management ability in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
