Overview Seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support marketing analytics initiatives within a financial services environment. This role focuses heavily on lending-related marketing data, campaign performance measurement, and dashboard development. Ideal candidates will bring hands‑on banking or financial services experience and deep exposure to marketing analytics functions.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret marketing data with emphasis on lending products
Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and AWS QuickSight
Support marketing campaign measurement, execution, and performance reporting
Run SQL queries, identify trends, and evaluate marketing channel effectiveness
Partner with cross‑functional teams to align analytics with business strategies
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Required Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing data and analytics
Direct experience within a marketing analytics team (not general data analytics)
Background in financial services; banking experience strongly preferred
Experience working with lending product data (lending, underwriting, credit products)
Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server)
Dashboard development experience with Power BI
Working knowledge of Python
Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
Desired Experience
Dashboarding experience with AWS QuickSight
Exposure to Experian valuation, Axiom, or Tealium tag management
Understanding of identity graph concepts
