Qualifications

• 14+ years experience within an agency or product design business
• Experience managing teams and coaching others
• Experience inspiring leadership members
• Experience in senior stakeholder management and growth of client accounts
• Expert in Adobe CS products, Figma and Sketch
• Experience managing design teams in agile environments
• Experience managing a design team that is split across different locations
• Experience designing great banking and finance products and services

Responsibilities

• Manage an important client engagement and undertake senior stakeholder management
• Develop the creative execution across the entire team, ensuring outputs meet high studio standards
• Oversee multiple projects and work streams
• Work with clients to explore new opportunities and projects
• Contribute to external initiatives and promotion of the agency
• Inspire the rest of the studio through initiative and best practices
• Manage, mentor and line manage the team, making sure regular 1-2-1s are held

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
