Position Overview The Senior Manager, Health Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Samsung’s Health app & services.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead CRM, email, in‑app and other owned channel marketing strategy and campaign execution to drive acquisition, re‑engagement and retention.

Develop user acquisition strategies with product managers through paid and organic channels, including ASO, paid media, event marketing and influencer marketing.

Leverage growth marketing tactics such as referral programs, EPP, and community engagement.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase the visibility and adoption of Samsung Health initiatives.

Manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns (paid digital, social, influencer marketing, PR, in‑app promotions) to drive user growth.

Collaborate with other product categories and contribute to integrated marketing efforts within the MX business.

Manage agency partnerships to deliver best‑in‑class creative and flawless execution across multi‑channel marketing.

Define and track key KPIs with product managers along with marketing KPIs (e.g., CTA/CTR, conversion rates, churn).

Measure and understand campaign effectiveness and create market and user insights to optimize strategies.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams and other subsidiaries (US R&D, Health B2B, sales/account teams, Korea sales team) to ensure alignment with product development.

Collaborate and lead PR, social media and content creation teams to amplify Samsung’s health initiatives.

Develop integrated marketing strategies with multiple product categories and partners.

Develop co‑marketing initiatives with health and fitness partners, accessories manufacturers, and service providers.

Collaborate with healthcare institutions and corporate wellness programs to expand the platform’s reach.

Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Marketing or related fields.

8+ years of experience in marketing, app marketing, and performance marketing in consumer services.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Creativity and storytelling.

Negotiation and influencing skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to navigate a fast‑paced, global organization and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fields.

10+ years of experience in marketing, app marketing, and performance marketing.

Experience in health tech, fitness, wellness, or consumer mobile application.
