The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Bachelor’s or master's degree in architecture required.
Revit/BIM experience preferred.
Demonstrates a customer service focus.
Previous internship or co‑op experience in an architecture firm.
Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines.
Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi‑task between projects and priorities at one time.
Responsibilities Will Include
Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building design including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects.
Meeting and communicating with project manager daily/weekly.
Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑up.
Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
Project Administration.
