Revit/BIM experience preferred.
Customer‑service focus.
Previous internship or co‑op experience with an architecture firm.
Team‑work ability across multiple offices and disciplines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to multi‑task across projects.
Responsibilities
Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building projects (ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, remodel).
Daily/weekly communication with project managers.
Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑up.
Coordination with internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
Project administration.
