Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture required.
Revit/BIM experience preferred.
Demonstrates a customer service focus.
Previous internship or co‑op experience with an architecture firm.
Ability to work within a team environment with individuals from various offices and disciplines.
Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to multi‑task between projects and priorities.
Responsibilities Will Include
Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building projects, including ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, and remodel type projects.
Meet and communicate with the project manager daily/weekly.
Conduct due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑up.
Coordinate with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
