The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture required.
Revit/BIM experience preferred.
Demonstrates a customer‑service focus.
Previous internship or co‑op experience at an architecture firm.
Ability to work within a team environment across offices and disciplines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi‑task between projects and priorities.
Responsibilities Will Include
Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building projects—including ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, and remodel types.
Meeting and communicating with the project manager daily or weekly.
Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑up.
Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
Project administration.
