Farm to Fork Meals , a rapidly growing fresh meal-prep and delivery company serving South Florida, is seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing strategy, digital growth, and brand expansion across both

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

and

B2B

channels.

This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys creative problem‑solving, and wants to help scale a mission‑driven food company that delivers fresh, ready‑to‑eat meals right to customers’ doors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

Build and optimize customer funnels across DTC and B2B channels.

Manage performance KPIs and report insights to leadership.

Digital Marketing and Paid Media

Manage

paid social campaigns

across Meta tools (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and other emerging platforms.

Create, test, and optimize

Google Ads

campaigns, including CPC search ads, remarketing, and display.

Build and refine creative assets for ads, landing pages, and campaigns.

Organic Social and Paid Media

Develop and maintain the organic content calendar for all social platforms.

Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to showcase new meals, promotions, partnerships, and customer stories.

Email, SMS & CRM Management

Plan, build, and optimize

email & SMS/MMS

marketing campaigns using

Mailchimp

and

Klaviyo .

Segment audiences, build automated flows, and analyze campaign performance.

Manage CRM platforms (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, nurture pipelines, and support B2B efforts.

Brand, Creative, and Tools

Use

Canva

to create high-quality graphics, banners, ads, and social content.

Support website merchandising, updates, and ecommerce enhancements.

Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report performance across all digital channels via GA.

Use Excel and other tools to manage campaign data, budgets, and forecasts.

Recommend strategies based on insights and ROI performance.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Marketing, Communications

or a related field.

·Minimum of

2 years of experience

·Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.

·Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.

·Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements This position involves frequent standing, walking, driving, and travel between client or partner locations. Candidates should be able to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
