What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Write persuasive copy for paid social ads, search ads, display/affiliate assets, and streaming/CTV scripts

Create strategic creative concepts and storyboards for video assets in collaboration with designers

Review performance data to translate insights into new copy tests and messaging variants

Build omni‑channel copy frameworks to ensure consistent messaging across various platforms

Run structured copy experiments to determine effective messaging and scale top performers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 5 years writing for performance‑marketing channels (paid social, search, streaming/CTV)

Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills with portfolio samples in paid media/ad copy format

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with media buyers, designers, and analytics teams

Familiarity with performance metrics and how copy influences them

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with generative AI or automation tools in copy production

Comfortable adapting copy for multiple channels, formats, and audience segments

Proven ability to manage high volumes of assets in a fast‑paced environment
