Senior Architectural Designer / Project Architect Make Your Mark in Innovative Design
Location: New York NY
Salary: $100000 to $115000 + Full Benefits
The Opportunity Join a forward‑thinking design studio in New York as a Senior Designer / Project Architect and be part of a team that redefines architectural boundaries. In this role you’ll play a vital part in shaping bold architectural concepts, leading designs from ideation to realization, and working with cutting‑edge tools including AI to take your projects to new heights.
What You’ll Do Lead the design process from concept to development, turning bold ideas into tangible buildable realities.
Use tools like Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and AI‑integrated software to create detailed drawings, visuals, and client presentations.
Provide mentorship to junior and intermediate designers fostering creativity and excellence.
Collaborate with clients, consultants and vendors to ensure the best design outcomes, contributing to code and zoning research.
Work in a fast‑paced collaborative studio environment where creativity and execution go hand in hand.
What You Bring Bachelors Degree in Architecture
(Masters degree preferred)
5–8 years of post‑graduation experience with proven expertise in guiding design from concept to development.
Proficiency in Rhino and Revit (experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape is a plus).
Strong visualization skills and the ability to communicate complex design ideas clearly and effectively.
Experience across a range of project types from residential to commercial with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (German language skills are a plus).
