Support the development of AI-powered legal solutions using your legal expertise
Build and maintain relationships with legal professionals and industry groups to enhance content accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
Juris Doctor degree with a current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house
Extensive knowledge of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, particularly Delaware law
Strong writing skills and a passion for clear and concise legal communication
Ability to effectively utilize various tools, including generative AI technologies, to enhance productivity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and advising senior management on related matters
Familiarity with the intersection of AI and legal practice
Previous use of AI tools in legal work
