About the Role We're looking for a hands‑on Marketing Operations Manager to support our Demand Generation and Growth initiatives. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and field marketing programs, managing performance reporting and analytics, and maintaining a best‑in‑class marketing technology stack.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and partnership teams to execute multi‑channel demand generation campaigns, drive conference and field marketing programs, optimize our HubSpot instance, manage marketing operations, and provide data‑driven insights that inform our go‑to‑market strategy across direct, channel, and partner segments.
What You’ll Do Conference & Field Marketing Operations
Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for industry conferences and field marketing events
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for event services, booth materials, and promotional items
Handle tactical execution details including booth setup, promotional materials, lead capture logistics, and post‑event follow‑up workflows
Coordinate cross‑functional event teams and ensure seamless on‑site execution
Campaign Management & Performance
Support execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn ads, email, paid media, partner co‑marketing)
Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards that track performance by segment (direct, channel partners, field marketing)
Measure and report on pipeline created from marketing initiatives, tracking leads through the funnel to closed‑won revenue
Monitor key growth metrics, including LTV:CAC, and provide insights to optimize marketing spend efficiency
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure ROI, and recommend optimization strategies
Manage campaign deliverables, timelines, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners
Marketing Operations & Technology
Maintain and continuously improve our HubSpot instance by ensuring data quality, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy
Build and optimize automated workflows for lead management, nurture campaigns, and sales handoffs
Maintain database hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, and data enrichment
Create comprehensive dashboards and reports segmented by channel (direct, OEM partners, resellers, field marketing)
Ensure proper lead routing, scoring, and attribution across marketing programs
Document processes and create playbooks for marketing operations best practices
Your Experience & Skills
2‑5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company
Required:
Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot (workflows, reporting, database management, integrations)
Proven experience managing field marketing logistics and event operations
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
Experience building marketing dashboards and analyzing campaign performance data
Proficiency with data enrichment and management tools
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis and reporting
Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar paid advertising platforms is a plus
Familiarity with partner/channel marketing operations is a plus
