We are looking for a talented Marketing Video Producer to join our team in Metairie, Louisiana. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creation of impactful video content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and a creative approach to translating complex topics into engaging visual stories.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the in-house video studio, including scheduling and equipment oversight.
• Develop and produce high-quality video content aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of video projects.
• Apply digital marketing strategies to optimize video content for maximum reach and engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure videos align with brand standards and messaging.
• Establish and refine production workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain consistent visual quality.
• Track video performance metrics and use insights to improve future content.
• Support multimedia projects such as podcasts, motion graphics, and interactive content.
• Assist with cross-departmental video needs to address broader organizational objectives.• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in producing and editing video content with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing environments, preferably in a B2B context.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with video production elements such as lighting, sound, and multi-camera setups.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
