What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Make outbound calls to schedule services with customers and maintain customer relationships

Develop and implement business development strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients

Conduct research to identify customer needs and provide trustworthy feedback

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers, with some weekend and after‑hours work required

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field

Minimum of three years of sales experience in the government sector, specifically at the municipal level

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and FMIS/Inventory systems

Strong problem analysis and resolution skills at both strategic and operational levels

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Fleet maintenance and automotive/fleet technical knowledge

Proven track record as a self-starter with adherence to company policies

Strong customer orientation and organizational skills

Acceptable driving record and ability to pass drug tests and background checks
