Job Overview
Zurich seeks a
Regional Income Development Executive
to support sales efforts in our Eastern Division. This territory includes North Carolina and may include parts of other states. The ideal candidate will live in the territory.
Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e‑mail/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships.
Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed
Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy‑in to maintain good relationships.
Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no‑cap incentive plan
Receive excellent benefits and a company car (All candidates are subject to a driving record check)
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in sales
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
Dealership training experience
Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership
Basic knowledge of all F&I products
Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
Ability to multi‑task
Compensation The annual variable compensation range, based on performance under the sales incentive plan for this role, is $64,600 to $105,900. In addition this role includes a variable component that is based on an individual's performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
